Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Fresh Legs. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Fresh Legs ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to the beta version of Fresh Legs. Features, functionality, and these Terms may change as the product develops.

2. Beta Disclaimer

Fresh Legs is currently in beta. This means:

By using the beta, you acknowledge these limitations and agree not to rely on the Service for critical health or medical decisions.

3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Fresh Legs is a personal training organisation tool. It is not a medical application, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome related to your use of workout plans, training data, or suggestions within the app.

4. Third-Party Integrations

4A. Oura Ring

Integration with Oura Ring uses OAuth2 to access your Oura data. Your use of the Oura API is subject to Oura's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Fresh Legs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Oura Health Oy.

4B. Garmin Connect

Fresh Legs connects to Garmin Connect using your Garmin email and password, which are stored securely and used solely to retrieve your activity data. Fresh Legs is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin Ltd.

4C. Suunto

Fresh Legs connects to Suunto using their official OAuth2 API (Suunto Cloud API). By connecting your Suunto account, you authorise Fresh Legs to access your workout data on your behalf. Fresh Legs' use of the Suunto API is subject to the Suunto Cloud API Agreement.
